Adaptive Leadership Coaching invites us into a deeper, unfolding inquiry: What is leadership really for and why are we called to coach those who lead? The Adaptive Leadership framework provides a sharp yet compassionate lens for helping clients make sense of the challenges they face. But the coaching practice takes us even further into a transformational exploration of the client as a whole, evolving person.
Instead of focusing solely on what the problem is, we become curious about why this challenge matters, why it matters now and what it reveals about the client’s values and sense of purpose. What might this moment be asking of them? And who are they becoming as they learn to lead through it?
Coaching in this way goes beyond evoking awareness. It expands a client’s capacity to integrate their deepest knowing into how they show up and lead. It’s an emergent practice, grounded in the here and now, while simultaneously sensing what wants to come to life through the client, through the system and through ourselves as coaches.

Through a series of thoughtful, emergent experiences, you’ll explore key Adaptive Leadership practices through the lens of coaching. Each session builds on the last, offering space to reflect, ask questions and connect the principles to your own experiences as they unfold.

As we walk this path alongside our clients, we’re supporting them to step more fully into the work of becoming who they are truly here to be so that they can lead others to do the same.
This course invites you into that exploration. From both the coach’s and the client’s perspectives, we’ll embark on a holistic, experiential journey that weaves together Adaptive Leadership practices, somatic awareness and live coaching. What becomes possible when we shift our attention, stay curious about our clients’ leadership and awaken our own deepest intentions as coaches?
Drawing from the Adaptive Leadership framework and our own lived experiences, we will transform our inner capacities to:
- Identify and embrace our own leadership moments as coaches
- Hold space for our clients to step fully into their leadership
- Co-create profound change
Course Structure and Schedule
The Adaptive Leadership Coaching Certification runs over six weeks, with one live online session each week.
- Dates: Fridays, October 17 – November 21, 2025
- Time: 09:00–13:00 ET / 15:00–19:00 CET
- Format: Live four-hour sessions via Zoom
Program Design
At the heart of the course is a shared commitment to creating a safe, generative learning space. Together with your cohort, you’ll exchange feedback, ask bold questions and learn by doing. You’ll coach in pairs, dive into small-group explorations and take time for individual reflection. Along the way, you may rediscover parts of yourself or uncover gifts you didn’t know were there, all within a community shaped by trust, openness and mutual support.
You’ll also have access to our online learning platform, where you’ll find a range of proprietary Adaptive Leadership Coaching tools and resources. These include:
- Curated coaching questions
- Reflection worksheets
- Materials to support both your personal learning and client work

Certification
Upon completing the course, you’ll receive ACA certification in Adaptive Leadership™ Coaching, along with continued access to a library of proprietary materials and coaching tools. These resources are designed to support your ongoing practice and can be used directly with your clients.
ICF Continuing Coaching
Education Credits
By completing the certification, you’ll earn 23.5 ICF CCE credits, which can be applied toward any ICF credential. (Pending ICF approval.)
