I’ve come to see that storytelling is an essential skill for leaders working toward social impact. In a time when we are overloaded with information and ideas, it's often stories, not strategies or logic, that inspire people to act. Meaningful narratives have an ability to break through the noise and connect with our hearts. Working with Greta, I was surprised to find that this is something that can be learned, and when it’s done well, it has transformative potential.

Greta led a Leadership Narrative Masterclass for our team at Generation Pledge and several members of our community. Greta introduced us to the core elements of effective storytelling and modeled them. She partnered with me to co-create and shape one of my own stories, guiding me through the process of choosing what to share, how to share it, and why it mattered.
