Holding Space for Innovation & Impact | Adaptive Leadership Design, Facilitation & Coaching
What I do
As a designer, facilitator and coach I meet people at the edges of deep (un)learning to cultivate co-creation from shared potential and purpose.
How I work
When I think about how change happens in my own life, no matter how urgently or forcefully I push, it takes time. It ebbs and flows. It’s cyclical yet unpredictable, and the process of leading change changes us. I work with clients as they learn to let go, and from there, receive and integrate what is meant for them. To do this, I move with not knowing and deep knowing – holding the two with care until they become hope and agency in action.
