Adaptive Leadership Coaching
Coaching through the lens of Adaptive Leadership en-courages clients to resist jumping to technical solutions and, as a result, develop the skills required to thoughtfully, proactively, and courageously approach complex challenges – to sit with the uncomfortable questions that may hold the key that unlocks the door to a better tomorrow.
My form of activism: to serve as a trusted thought partner to those committed to leading with purpose and manifesting impact.
What I do
I offer a safe, open, non-judgmental coaching environment for leaders who often feel very alone in their challenges. Inviting clients to drop down into the heart and gut – we circumvent the chatter in the brain to access what matters most.
How I work
The journey often starts with the Self. What do you stand for as a leader? What are the guiding principles that have calibrated your inner compass? What life moments have sparked, galvanized, or challenged these principles? How do these core values inform your purpose and guide your self leadership? Starting with the Self sets the foundation for empowered co-creation with others; boldly paving the path toward the aspirational future you envision.
