Maria Paz Dominguez holds a Master in Public Management and Master in Education, both from Harvard University. Her professional degree is in Commercial Engineering from the Catholic University of Chile. As part of her postgraduate studies, Maria participated in and served as an assistant professor in the “Exercising Leadership: The Politics of Change” course with Dr. Ronald Heifetz and Professor Dean Williams. Between 2002 and 2009, she worked as an associate researcher at the Microdata Center of the Department of Economics of the University of Chile where she implemented educational policies and programs nationwide.
She has also done teacher training in Spain and in El Salvador. Today, Maria serves as a consultant on educational and citizenship issues. She designs in-person and online leadership courses for corporations in Chile, as well as for education management teams. Maria teaches Master-level courses in the School of Education at Catholic University.
